Youth Leader Boot Camp 2026

Calling all youth pastors, youth leaders, and individuals serving in youth ministries! Does it feel like you are constantly struggling to find good ministry resources? Do you need help engaging with volunteers and parents? Would you benefit from having a network of other youth leaders you can lean on and learn from? If so, listen up!

You are invited to attend the third annual Youth Leader BootCamp on Saturday, January 31st at Caraway Conference and Retreat Center in Asheboro, NC. BootCamp will be led by youth pastors and ministers from across several denominations in Randolph County with the goal of encouraging, equipping and connecting anyone serving in youth ministries.

BootCamp will include opening and closing sessions, multiple breakout times, and opportunities for networking.  Check-in and a light breakfast will start at 8:30am. The event will conclude at 3pm.

There will be a registration fee of $25/attendee to offset the cost for booking Caraway. Scholarships are available; call Jeff Joyce at 336-963-9041. Along with great training, BootCamp notes, and networking, you will be provided a light breakfast, lunch and a gift for each participant.

Please register by January 25th. If more than one person from your church attending, please register separately.
